Cookie policy

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies (such as the browser's local storage) the website https://www.flott.pl uses.

In short

The website does not use analytics or marketing cookies, so it does not show a consent banner. It stores only the language you choose and loads YouTube videos only after you click.

What the website uses

  • Language choice (browser local storage). When you pick a language version with the PL / EN / DE switch, we save that choice in the browser's local storage under the name "flott-lang" so that the website opens in that language on your next visit. The data does not leave your device and is kept until you delete it. This is a function triggered at your request, so it does not require consent.
  • YouTube videos. The two videos presenting the app come from YouTube (Google). We do not load them automatically: only after you click the play button do we load the player from the domain youtube-nocookie.com. From that moment YouTube may store its own cookies on your device and process data about your use of the player, including your IP address. These rules are set out in Google's privacy policy.
  • Google Fonts. The website loads fonts from Google's servers. When they are loaded, Google receives the IP address of the device on which the page is displayed. We do not store any cookies in connection with this.
  • Contact form. It does not store any cookies. Data sent through the form is described in the Privacy policy.
  • Social media profiles. The footer contains links to our profiles on Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram. We do not embed plugins of these services, so they receive no data until you click a link.

What we do not use

We do not use analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics), advertising pixels or other tracking technologies. If this changes, we will introduce a consent mechanism and update this policy before such tools are launched.

How to manage stored data

You can delete the data stored by the website (including the remembered language) in your browser settings at any time, and block or restrict cookies and local storage. Blocking the language setting does not hinder use of the website: it will then open in Polish.

Legal basis

The storing of and access to information on a user's device is governed by the Polish Electronic Communications Law (Prawo komunikacji elektronicznej). Consent is not required where the storage is necessary to provide a service requested by the user. We process personal data in accordance with the Privacy policy.
